A new City Centre offer which will deliver city centre services alongside Adult Services and other partners is being created at Sycamore House (Clarence Street near York St John University) which should be ready from May 2017. Before the new offer from Sycamore House opens a revised city centre offer for young people will be available from 29 Castlegate between January and May 2017. During this time you can access the following services.
